SHIPPING
Please pack your frame securely before shipping it to us. If you are at all unsure about the quality of your packing job please take it to your local bike shop.
Most shops we've worked at or visited will gladly ship frames for loyal customers for nominal fees. We prefer shipping via UPS but as long as you ship it via a reputable service and insure it for the full value of the frame you should be alright.
We will document and report any damage from shipping as soon as we receive your frame, however we cannot be responsible for anything that happens to your bike while in transit.
After we finish your project and are ready
to ship your frame back to you we'll use the box you used to ship it to us.
We'll ship it back to you via UPS Ground insured for what you originally insured the frame for plus the value of it's new finish. If you would prefer us to ship your frame back via a method other than UPS Ground we can arrange that, just make sure you let us
know before it is time to ship your frame.
We will not ship any item back to you in a manner we cannot insure or are not comfortable with.
We are located in Bay View, WI on the southside of Milwaukee. For an idea on the time it will take to ship an item to us feel free to check with UPS.
We will only be charging you what it costs us to ship the frame, and can give you an exact quote as soon as we receive your frame here, or if you have exact measurements and weight on the box you're using we can provide you with a quote before we receive the frame.
When you send us your frame please send us a tracking number so that we can monitor its progress and know when to expect it. When we ship your frame you will receive a tracking number from shipping@zephyrdk.com. If for some reason you don't, just shoot us an e-mail or give us a call and we'll take care of it.
